Please read these terms carefully. Our platform is a powerful tool designed to give you, the creator, unprecedented leverage. With great power comes great responsibility. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Third-Party Platform Risk: Our Platform operates by automating interactions on services like OnlyFans, Instagram, and others. This activity may violate their terms of service. You understand this and accept full responsibility for any consequences, including but not limited to account warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. We are a tool provider; you are the operator.
AI-Generated Content: Your AI Twin will generate content and conduct conversations on your behalf. While we provide the engine, you are the publisher. You are ultimately responsible for the AI's actions and communications.
Regulatory Compliance: Some communications (e.g., SMS) are subject to specific regulations. While our Platform is designed with compliance in mind, the nature of your content and audience is your responsibility.
If you do not understand or accept these fundamental risks and responsibilities, you cannot use our Platform.

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our platform ("Platform"). We are not another social media tool. We provide a sophisticated Executive Function Prosthetic—a system of AI-powered digital twins ("AI Twins") and specialized cognitive agents ("AI Agents") designed to augment your creative and entrepreneurial capabilities.
Our Platform enables you to deploy an intelligent, evolving extension of yourself that can nurture and monetize fan relationships at scale, manage complex communications, and provide you with the cognitive leverage to focus on what you do best: creating.
Definitions:
AI Twin: Your personalized AI, trained on your data, that embodies your persona to engage with your audience. It is a self-improving system that learns from every interaction.
AI Agents: A swarm of specialized AI systems that support your AI Twin by performing tasks like data analysis, pattern recognition, and strategic execution.
Platform: The collective infrastructure, software, AI models, and services that constitute our offering.

Acceptable Use: You may not use the Platform for any illegal activities, to promote hate speech, to harass individuals, or to engage in fraudulent misrepresentation. You are responsible for the content and nature of the interactions your AI Twin conducts.

Fan Data: All personally identifiable information (PII) of your fans is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (e.g., Dubai Free Zone, GDPR principles).
System Intelligence & The Feedback Loop: To improve, our Platform must learn from interactions. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated data from your AI Twin's operations to train and enhance our core models, algorithms, and systems.
What this means: We learn from patterns (e.g., "what type of message leads to more sales?"), not personal data (e.g., "what did Fan X buy?"). This collective intelligence benefits all creators on the Platform and is a core part of our proprietary technology.

The Learning & Intelligence: All improvements, patterns, anonymized behavioral models, "consciousness" structures, and other insights derived from the operation of the Platform are our exclusive intellectual property. You are licensing access to a self-improving intelligence system; you do not own the intelligence itself.

Billing and Renewal: All Subscription Fees are payable in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified in your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel it through your account settings or by providing us with written notice prior to the renewal date.
Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our Subscription Fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any fee changes, which will become effective at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Platform after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of proven technical failures on our part exceeding 14 consecutive days, as determined in our sole discretion.
